• Complete re-write of the entire program using Microsoft .NET and Microsoft SQL tables.
• New Company table eliminates duplicate addresses and company records.

• Property Amenities grid allows you to track more detail than ever before in properties.
• New merge record feature makes it simple to merge duplicate records and make them one record.
• Synchronize contacts and events to Outlook and your PDA. Make changes in REA, Outlook or your PDA and then synch the changes between the different platforms.
• Automatically receive email sent and received through Outlook in the contacts history record in REA.
• Create and save queries, field lists, custom views and groups in REA.
• Control who sees the information you enter in REA 9. You can make information private, public or share it with specific individuals on a record by record basis.
• Attach events and history to both Contacts and Properties in REA 9.
• Create merge documents and add them to the Write menu for quick access.
• Create reports and add them to the report menu for quick access.
• Eight new fields added to history that are all user definable. This allows you to track more information when logging a request from a client for marketing reports.
• Smart global search module for Contacts, Properties, Spaces, Companies, Sale and Lease comps. The new global search eliminates spaces and punctuation making it much easier to find a record.
• Create multiple call timer windows for multi-tasking situations.
• REA 9 allows you to sort your data using any fields in REA and using multiple fields.
• New Verify Now field allows you to set when the information in a record was actually confirmed.
