Your one-time investment in REA 9 is $695. You own the software and your data forever. No other fees are ever required to use REA 9.
REA offers a 30 day money back guarantee from the date of purchase as long as you do not register the software. Once you register the software you cannot return it.
Multi-user discounts: If you have an office where several people will be sharing REA 9 and you need to purchase multiple licenses, we have a discount structure that looks like this:

To maintain your discount pricing for adding additional users, your Partnership Program agreement must be current.

When you purchase REA 9, we become a partner in your commercial brokerage success. We only continue to succeed, as we have done for 28 years, when our customers succeed using REA 9.
As your partner, we provide these partnership benefits free for one year from your purchase date:
- Phone, emails and remote log in technical support: Our office is open at 7 AM Pacific (10 AM Eastern) with live technicians on the phone. They are constantly fielding calls, responding to your e-mails and logging in remotely to your computer if necessary, to solve any problems you might have.
- Web training: Software programs can have all the bells and whistles but if you do not know how to use them they may as well not be there. We deliver training in two ways. First, we host weekly, online live sessions when our partners can get basic training on all aspects of REA 9. We often add special sessions that enhance your use of REA 9 such as postcard marketing techniques. Second, we have a library of recorded training videos that you can access anytime with your partnership login and learn just the one thing you needed to know in less than 3 minutes.
- Program updates: Our partners constantly send us terrific ideas to add functionality to REA 9 and we take them all seriously. In fact, we usually release an updated version about every 3 months. (You can check >> here at for recent program update release notes.)
