The Multi-Family reports are pulled from the Property table in REA. There are two types of reports in this section. The summary reports include multiple properties on one page while the others print one property per page.

PROFILES

These reports print the basic Multi-Family information with a picture and unit mix. The reports can be printed with or with out the owner information. The summary reports contain less information on each Multi-Family property but print multiple properties on each page.

FOR SALE

These reports add sale and proforma information to the profile reports.

MODIFYING REPORTS

Registered users with valid REA licenses can modify the reports shipped with REA if they purchase a copy of Crystal Reports. REA ships a run-time version of Crystal Reports that allows you to preview and print reports but it does not have the capability to alter the reports. REA recommends that if you alter a report you give it a unique name. From time to time REA will update all the report files that ship with the program. If you have changed one of our reports and did not change the name of the report there is a chance that future updates could replace your report with the REA version.

CREATING NEW REPORTS

To create reports for REA you must purchase the Standard Version of Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports is available through most software vendors. Searching the web should produce numerous resellers. You only need the Standard Edition of Crystal Reports to work with REA.
