There are so many property reports in REA that we have divided them up into property types to make it easier for you to find the report you need.
You’ll find the six basic property types listed and with-in those each property is broken down into a set of three basic report types.
These reports print the basic property information with a picture and rent roll or unit mix. The reports can be printed with or with out the owner information. The summary reports contain less information on each property but print multiple properties on each page.
These reports add sale and proforma information to the profile reports. The reports can be printed with or with out the owner information. The summary reports contain less information on each property but print multiple properties on each page.
There are two types of reports under this category. The properties for lease reports assume you have a single space attached to the property. The vacant space report assumes you have vacant spaces attached to the property.
Registered users with valid REA licenses can modify the reports shipped with REA if they purchase a copy of Crystal Reports. REA ships a run-time version of Crystal Reports that allows you to preview and print reports but it does not have the capability to alter the reports. REA recommends that if you alter a report you give it a unique name. From time to time REA will update all the report files that ship with the program. If you have changed one of our reports and did not change the name of the report there is a chance that future updates could replace your report with the REA version.
To create reports for REA you must purchase the Standard Version of Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports is available through most software vendors. Searching the web should produce numerous resellers. You only need the Standard Edition of Crystal Reports to work with REA.
