This report shows all the main contact fields as well as the fields found under the Tenant tab. It also lists all the events, history and notes attached to the contact record. This report contains one Tenant per page.
Profile display the main contact information as well as the information found under the Tenant tabs and the notes section of the record. The profile reports do not display events or history. This report contains one Tenant per page.
This is a list report that contains multiple Tenants on each page. Address, phone numbers and the basic company and lease fields from the Tenant tab are included. This report will contain between six and eight Tenant records per page.
Registered users with valid REA licenses can modify the reports shipped with REA if they purchase a copy of Crystal Reports. REA ships a run-time version of Crystal Reports that allows you to preview and print reports but it does not have the capability to alter the reports. REA recommends that if you alter a report you give it a unique name. From time to time REA will update all the report files that ship with the program. If you have changed one of our reports and did not change the name of the report there is a chance that future updates could replace your report with the REA version.
To create reports for REA you must purchase the Standard Version of Crystal Reports. Crystal Reports is available through most software vendors. Searching the web should produce numerous resellers. You only need the Standard Edition of Crystal Reports to work with REA.
