Technical Support
You can find answers to many of your questions in the REA Manual (go to the Help Menu in the REA program) and the REA Help System (F1 while in REA). In addition, the REA website offers an extensive Knowledge Base.

On-Site Training
Since REA has many features for commercial real estate that other generic contact manager programs don't have, here's an opportunity to become an REA power user in a hurry!
You'll be amazed at how quickly and logically the REA program functions, and how it can streamline your business.
We have 3 different sessions available that can be customized for your needs:
- 1/2 Day (4 Hours, $1,000.00 plus travel expenses)
- 1 Full Day (7 Hours, $1,500.00 plus travel expenses)
- 1 1/2 Day ($2,300.00 plus travel expenses)
All sessions are presented by Tim Creagh, the creator of REA.

Webinars
Every week REA hosts live webinar sessions that teach you how to more effectively use REA as a money-making tool. Current customers are welcome to sign up for the session(s) below that meet their needs. Each session has a limit of 25 participants. The day before the session, participants will receive via email a link with the log-in information.
IMPORTANT: If you register for a session and you are not the registered owner (you might be the marketing coordinator or administrative assistant) of the REA license, please include the owner's name. Plus, you must have a current maintenance contract in effect-new customers automatically have 1 year free webinar access as part of your purchase price.
"Getting Started with REA for Dummies" webinar is targeted to new owners of REA or those of you who bought our product and never had a chance to learn to use it. The other sessions, Synching with Outlook, Marketing Reports and Email Merging are targeted to a specific function of REA and complement and enhance the Getting Started session. We strongly urge all new customers to attend the Getting Started session as soon as possible.

Join us via your web browser and phone conference call to learn REA from your desk.
Here is how a webinar works: About 15 minutes before the session starts, click the link we send to access the conference site. You may have to download some software in order to participate, but it takes only a few seconds. Then, dial into the conference call number and enter the PIN we sent you and you are in!
You may drop off anytime and we always take questions at the conclusion of the presentation. You can join as many web sessions as you like and as often as you like if we have seats available.
Sessions begin on time if you are late logging in you will miss important information so make sure you login early.
